Quote request form. When you request a quote we process your name, phone number, email address and the details you give about the car you are looking for. We use them only to prepare the quote and to contact you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. The form is sent directly to our email; nothing is stored in a website database.
Visitor statistics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (page views, clicks, form submissions). Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, and the data is not used for advertising.

Quote request data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, or as long as the customer relationship requires. We do not sell or share data with third parties, except partners needed to deliver the service (for example the transport company), who receive only what is necessary. Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. under Google's privacy terms.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to object to it. Send requests to info@carmarin.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Finland the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, in Estonia the Data Protection Inspectorate).
